Exposition “Ici, demain et des poussières”

Exode.s
An exodus is when many people
leave a place at the same time,
often because they no longer really have a choice.
Even in space, there are wandering stars,
which may have been expelled from their original systems.
Stars can be ejected from a galaxy.
A likely scenario for drifting planets
is a collision with other celestial bodies.
In a way, in this brutality,
the immobile is no longer just a state:
it becomes the trace left by movement.
On Earth and in the sky.
Exode.s seeks to touch these immobilities.
In a neighboring constellation,
a navigable imagination.
A desire to extend the images.
Inspired by the curiosity of bodies,
by the way they inhabit the objects around them,
and by the varied paths they take to explore them,
I invited two people to experience all of this for themselves.
Within the immobile, which seems equally to be a universe of perpetual movement.
In total embodiment,
like animals
in a bath of dust.
